To enable key features of our companion app, Rayse may collect and process your location information in both real-time and on-demand. This data is used to support functions such as time and mileage tracking, trip verification, and event-based automation related to your work activity.

We only collect location data with your explicit consent and in accordance with your device settings. Depending on your preferences, the app may access location data:

In real-time, while you are actively using the app or during ongoing trip-related events.

On-demand, when triggered by specific actions or milestones within the platform.

Location data is used solely to enhance your experience, increase the accuracy of time and mileage reporting, and improve service delivery. We do not sell or share your location data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or any other purpose.

You can disable location tracking at any time through your device settings; however, doing so may impact your ability to use certain features within the app.

3. AI-Powered Features (Rayse Assistant)

Our services include an AI-powered assistant called RAE (Rayse Assistant) that helps real estate agents log and organize their work activities within the Rayse Platform. This section provides a general overview of how RAE works and how data is handled. For complete details, platform users should refer to the Agent and Service Provider Privacy Policy at https://rayse.com/privacy-agent.

How RAE Works

RAE allows agents to describe their completed work in natural language. RAE interprets this input and proposes structured actions—such as logging activities, checking off journey milestones, or creating custom outcomes—which the agent reviews and confirms before anything is saved.

RAE is designed to assist with work logging within the Rayse Platform. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and it is not a general-purpose chatbot.

Data Processing and Security

All RAE conversations are processed within Rayse’s secure cloud infrastructure, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). RAE uses AI models accessed through AWS Bedrock, a managed service that ensures your data remains within our AWS environment. This means:

Your conversational inputs and RAE’s outputs are not transmitted to, accessed by, or shared with any third-party AI model provider.

Your data is not used by any third party to train, fine-tune, or improve their AI models.

RAE conversation data is stored on Rayse’s servers and is subject to the same security safeguards as all other platform data.

Internal Review

Authorized Rayse personnel may review RAE conversations for quality assurance, debugging, and system improvement. This review is conducted to improve how RAE works for all users and is not used to train third-party AI models.
